1. We’ve received a lot of complaints about glitches within the last half hour of bidding. The bidding ended half an hour early which was a mistake in the auction settings. Therefore, everyone was in the same boat, so no one was bidding when you were not able to.

2. After the auction ended, the auction page disappeared. This is how the software developers have it set up. We agree that it would’ve been better for it to display the items with the winning bidders and amounts, and we will be expressing that to the software developer.

3. If you were a winning bidder, you should have received a charge on your credit card and an email. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you still did not receive an email, contact us at 844-YRA-KIDS or contact@youthracersofamerica.com.

4. If you were a winning bidder, your item will ship either this week or next. We will be looking at addresses and offering local pickup to anyone that’s applicable to.

5. You will be receiving a second email following your receipt email that contains more necessary information, which may come before or after you’ve received your item(s). At a later date, emails with tax deduction information will go out to those it’s applicable to.

6. We have a very small group in charge of this entire auction, running the website, processing the bids, doing the shipping, and answering your calls, messages, and emails. This is our first auction, so please give us grace and patience when it comes to the timeliness of getting back to you and/or processing your orders. If you have any urgent questions, please call or message 844-YRA-KIDS, and select any category when prompted.
