Diana Clauson is the mother of the late Bryan Clauson. Bryan is best known for his achievements in dirt track open-wheel racing, such as USAC Silver Crown (2 wins), Midget (39 wins) and Sprint Cars (40 wins). Bryan claimed 4 USAC titles and 3 all-around USAC championships. Bryan was seen more and more competing with the World of Outlaws (WoO) sprint cars in his last couple years of racing. Clauson was a dirt track icon who also competed in NASCAR, Indy Lights, and IndyCar Series and was a two time Indy 500 qualifier.
